The price for our prefabricated buildings is 30% - 60% lower than standard building costs.
It is reasonable to calculate with 800USD/m² (74USD/ft²) to determine your budget. Browse to the planning section for more information on price and quotation. Our projects range between 480USD/m² (45USD/ft²) and 1050USD/m² (98USD/ft²).
Before you contact us for a quotation, please include in your e-mail the information listed on this page.
You will receive an extensive and comprehensible quotation of at least two pages. All elements of the roof, wall, ceiling and floor are listed with the unit/m2 price and the overall quantity and price.
The quotation will be based on the tropical hardwood Merbau which is highly resistant to fungi and insects. We regard Merbau as the best tropical wood for timber frame constructions.
For an exact quotation, a floorplan of your project is essential.
Additionally, please send us as much information as possible, such as:
- budget
- deadlines
- elevation levels and position of doors and windows
- number of units
- type of project (personal, commercial, governmental)
- soil type
- climate (four seasons, tropics etc.)
- nearest port of destination
- ceiling vs. open roof construction
- thermal insulation (5-25cm, rock wool), if any
- sound insulation, if any
- panelling, if any
- furniture, if any
- overseeing the construction process on site by one of our engineers
