Prefab Houses Built in Asia
Our prefab houses or prefab timber frame houses are built in Asia. Profit from the knowledge of local craftsmen, European structural calculations and quality management. Low production costs and excellent natural materials.
Founded 1997 in Indonesia under European ownership, we started as a pioneer in the development of prefab houses built in Asia. The raw timbers are milled and kiln dried in our own factory to strict standards. Our primary timber is Merbau, which is known for its structural strength, dimensional stability, extreme resistance to insects (superior to treated lumber), fire resistance and straight grain.

Prefab Houses Exports
The export of prefab houses is of course possible. GEODIS, our partner cargo will ship the knocked-down prefabricated houses worldwide to any harbour. Often door-to-door delivery is possible. Please specify the project location in your enquiry.
We can consider any local building code, weather and soil condition.
Cost of Prefab houses
To calculate the costs of your prefab house, we need a floorplan, elevation levels and other information, please see contact for details. The price for our prefabricated timber frame houses is strongly competitive to standard building costs. Each project is unique, therefore we cannot tell you the exact costs without a look at your floorplan. Our projects range between 480USD/m² (45USD/ft²) and 1050USD/m²(98USD/ft²). Therefore, it is reasonable to consider a price of 800USD/m² (74USD/ft²).
In addition to tropical prefab houses, we have developed several direct partnerships with major Indonesian factories specializing in finish building components including flooring, decking, doors, wood profiles, veneer work, natural stone, roof tiles, metal works, hardware and fixtures.
