ASSEMBLING
The following overview gives you an idea of the steps done by Pacific Constructions when erecting a prefab building.
- The engineering of the prefab building takes places in our factory.

- The knocked down elements are shipped in container either directly to project-site, or reloaded at the nearest harbour for further ground transport.

- Ideally, site preparation has alredy been accomplished, this includes foundation. The two choices are stilts or a concrete slab.


- Everything is ready for the assembling of the prefab building.



- Assembling overseen and conducted by our engineers...

This overview skipped important work such as electricity, sanitation, water, insulation and the like.
