OVERVIEW OF THE TECHNICAL PLANNING

This summary of the technical planning should give you an idea of the processes necessary to engineer a prefabricated building. They can be grouped into 4+1 phases whose length and complexity depend on the nature of the project. Our experience tells us that every project is unique and possesses its own challenges in regard of climatic conditions, shipments, construction and the like.

Architectural Drawings forwarded by prospect (i.e. Floor Plans & Elevations)		PRELIMINARY PHASE
Draft Budget (revisable by +/- 10%) Prospect agrees on Draft Budget FOB Value 10% Down Payment		PHASE I
Pro Forma Invoice & Sales Contact (FOB Surabaya or CFR Port of Destination) Project Engineering Documents (Structural Calculations & Construction Drawings) Logs Purchasing Hardware & Accessories Purchasing Timber Milling & Kiln-Drying Prospect agrees on Pro Forma Invoice FOB Value 40% Down Payment		PHASE II
Shipping Documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Fumigation) Original Shipping Documents are released Structural & Decorative Components Processing Goods packing Container Loading & Shipping Customer proceeds to 50% Balance Payment (FOB Surabaya or CFR Payment Port of destination) PACIFIC CONSTRUCTIONS receives Down payment Credit note		PHASE III
Assembling Supervision Contract Technical Supervisor handles assembling in cooperation with Local Contractors & Subsidiaries Daily Fees & Accommodation		PHASE IV
