How much does a prefab building cost?
It depends, is the direct answer:
To increase comparability, it is best to indicate costs on a square meter (m²)-basis. For the adherers of the imperial system: 1m² is around 10.76 square feet (ft²).
To be fair, we must tell you, that the average price per 1m² depends on various conditions, such as local building codes, insulation, doors, windows, panelling, roof construction, timber price and so on.
To give you a price on hand which you can use to determine your budget: Our cheapest prefab building was 480USD/m² (45USD/ft²). The price for the most expensive centred around 1050USD/m²(98USD/ft²).
We think it is reasonable to calculate with 800USD/m² (74USD/ft²) for prefab buildings. If you agree on this price, please send us information on your project to receive a quotation which constitute the draft budget (see bottom of this page).
If our quotation does not meet your budget, we might be in the position to suggest alterations which can reduce the price.
Our quotations are transparent, comprehensible and extensive.
They lists every detail of the prefab building. For a residential home, you receive a quotation consisting of at least 30 elements, i.e. two pages. A resort project can necessitate quotations of ten pages or more.
Of course, every new prospect receives our undivided attention. Still, we need a couple of weeks to prepare a quotation for you, as it requires thorough and assiduous structural, material and price calculations.
For an exact quotation, a floorplan of your project is essential.
Additionally, please send us as much information as possible, such as:
The accuracy of the quotation depends on the information you provide us with.
