Prefabricated Homes Built in Bali
We have completed projects in many countries, including France, Seattle, Hawaii, Tahiti, Cuba, New Caledonia and Vanuatu. Each project requires to comply to other building codes and to consider different climatic conditions.
Our experience ranges from private to commercial projects, which are residential buildings, prefabricated homes, villas, hotels, resorts and the like. We are the right partner for buildings of any size. We are also pleased to assist you with prefabricated small homes.
Founded 1997 in Bali under French ownership, we started as one of the first companies in the development of prefabricated homes built in Asia. The raw timbers are milled and kiln dried in our own factory to strict standards. Our structural timber is the tropical hardwood Merbau which is known for its strength, stability, resistance to insects and fire, and straight grain.

Export Prefabricated Homes
Using our prefab system, any local building code, and weather and soil condition can be considered. Thus, worldwide export, without any restrictions is possible.
Our cargo will ship the knocked-down prefabricated homes in 20", 40" in standard containers as sea freight to any harbour. In many countries door-to-door delivery is possible. Please tell us the project location in your inquiry.

Prices for Prefabricated Homes
We build affordable prefabricated homes. The price for our timber frame homes is strongly competitive to standard building costs.
The exact price depends on the local building code, surging timber price, position of doors, windows etc. Each project has its own characteristics, therefore we cannot tell you the exact costs without a look at your floorplan.
