We do not only provide timber constructions, but also a wide array of supporting services to help our customers on several levels with their projects.

To precisely meet our customers' demands and expectations, we distinguish between corporate customers who are planning to built resorts and other commercial buildings, and individuals with residential homes.

TECHNICAL ENGINEERING

1. We often develop custom-made projects where our clients and prospects supply architecural drawings (floor plans, exterior elevations and building cross-sections).


2. However, our in-house team of European and Asian architects can also propose to you a wide variety of designs, from single-room bungalows to 2,000m² villas.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


3. From this stage, we usually provide a cost estimate FOB Indonesia or CFR port of destination.


4. Upon approval of design development documents,


5. we move on to creating construction documents.


6. In this phase, construction details and assembling specifications are completed to be in compliance with your local building code.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


7. Construction documents are mainly processed with CADWORK© software, the leading 2D & 3D program for carpentry work. (Files being convertible into Autocad files).


8. Rendering views are usually made on 3D Max©.
   

 

DECORATIVE MATERIALS

Besides supplying the timber-framed house, we also provide decorative materials which we source in cooperation with our Indonesian partner companies.

INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT

1. From our two Indonesian production units, we handle international logistics & transport in cooperation with the logistics service company GEODIS Network.


2. Timber is forwarded to our processing workshops by built-up trucks allowing material protection and fast unloading.


3. Processed goods are packed in bundles made for easy forklifting.


4. Component angles are covered with plywood sheets.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


5. We load our goods into 40" open top containers which offers the following two advantages: (1) Goods are handled with care with much less damage or scratches vs. stuffing from ground entry back doors. (2) Provided a light crane is available, on-site unloading time is much shorter vs. ground entry dry containers.


6. From Surabaya, our Indonesian port of origin, we forward our goods worldwide. In cooperation with GEODIS local branches and representatives, we can also propose door-to-door services.
   
   
   

 

ON-SITE ASSEMBLING & SUPERVISION

1. On delivery, we can appoint a qualified supervisor from our company to work in cooperation with your local contractor and optimize on-site assembling.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   


2. Our construction documents make it possible for a small team of carpenters to assemble our structures within a limited period of time. However, many of our clients have shown interest in our after-sales service.
