Besides Merbau, Bangkirai and Meranti our prefabricated buildings are consist of Plywood, Pinewood and and of course mechanical fasteners.
To employ raw materials in al way, we use several kinds of wood, as it makes, e.g., no sense from an economical standpoint to build a house only of one kind of wood. Structural elements require timber species with premium characteristics, which is of couse reflected in the price. However, parts, which are non-structural and sometimes even invisible, can be engineered from rather standard materials. Therefore, whereever possible, we also purchase plywood and pinewood.
Or similar softwood species are used for roof battens, decking structures or panel frames are selected from European plantations and fully treated against termites attacks.

We usually consider softwood species only for non-structural elements. Please tell us, if you have a timber frame construction im mind completly made of softwood. We also have experience with softwood constructions.

Used mainly for structural insulated panels, comes exclusively in Waterproof Export Quality (WBP).
Plywood is a kind of engieered wood made of the sheets of wood veneer which are glued together. Usually with the grains of adjoining layers at right angles to each other.
There are several mechanical fasteners which we us in timber construction. They are made of galvanized steel and are exclusively imported from France or New Zealand to ensure top-quality products. They are made according to the highest international quality standards.

Upon request we can offer consultation on timber frame constructions without or a minimum of mechanical fasteners.
Mechanical fasteners are a group of tie down hardware, which also contain end fittings and buckles. Fasteners fall into several categories. They can be grouped as:

The exact hardware we use depends on the kind of project.
